Network Assessment – Kenya Industrial Estates (KIE)

BigFocus conducted a comprehensive network assessment for Kenya Industrial Estates (KIE) to evaluate the performance, reliability, security, and overall condition of their existing network infrastructure.
The assessment covered the organization's wired and wireless network infrastructure, network equipment, internet connectivity, network security, physical cabling, wireless coverage, network configuration, and overall network performance.
The purpose of the engagement was to identify existing network challenges, potential risks, and areas requiring improvement, while uncovering opportunities for infrastructure optimization.
Based on the findings, BigFocus provided a set of prioritized recommendations aimed at improving network performance, availability, security, scalability, and operational reliability. These recommendations were structured according to priority and potential business impact, giving KIE a clear roadmap for implementation.
